LOC/Precision Lil' Nuke
Motor Mount: 29mm
Length: 29.5"
Diameter: 2.26"
Weight: 13 oz
I have flown this rocket 4 times now all on E15-7Ws, although the delay on the motor is too long, it produces a great flight, straight as an arrow and with little or no spin. Unfortunately on the 4th flight, the delay caused the shock cord to break and the nose cone along with the parachute ended up in a tree. Therefore I will need to get a new nosecone and 'chute before launching it again.
Estes Big Daddy

Motor Mount: 24mm
Length: 19"
Diameter: 3"
Again I haven't flown this yet, but it was a very easy build. It could easily be a Beta skill level if it wasn't for the 24mm motor mount !
Update:
Flown this bird once, very slow lift-off, but none the less a brilliant launch. I recommend a D12-5 for windy days, as ejection occurs about 150ft from the ground and it landed about 6ft from the pad, brilliant !
Estes Black Brandt II
The eagerly awaited re-release of the Estes' classic.
Motor Mount: 24mm
Length: 24.9"
Weight: 2.3 oz
Flown this baby once on a D12-5, let me just say that this rocket goes, it left the pad at what must have been 400 mph and sored through the clouds, ejection was heard but not seen and then as if by magic it appeared descending on the 12" 'chute I had put in. Beware even with no wind and on a 12" parachute (which is smaller than the one supplied) it drifted a good 600 ft.
Quest Courier
One of very few kits left in production that is designed to loft eggs.

Motor Mount: 18mm
Weight: 1.95 oz
Diameter: 1.378"
Length: 22.25"
Haven't flown yet, but it was another easy build.
Update: Flew once and due to strong winds weather-cocked severely, went horizontal about 100 ft above the ground and continued flying for about 200 ft. Then it did a lawn dart smashing the upper part of body tube. I have not had very much luck with Quest rockets, but do recommend the Apollo Payloader and especially the Nike Smoke.
I have flown this numerous times, once I lofted an egg on a D21-7T that was definitely a flight to remember. However 2 or 3 weeks later I launched it on a C5-3 and it is now stuck in a tree in Norwich.
Aerotech Mustang

Motor Mount: 29mm
Weight: 11 oz
Diameter: 1.9"
My first Aerotech kit, and I have to say I am impressed. The kit was completely built (painting included) in about 5 hours, using 5 minute epoxy throughout. Beware of the motor mount instructions, as they are not too clear. I have flow this once on an E15-7W SU motor, and the flight was brilliant. Note, this kit comes with a 24mm adapter and has a baffle system, so no wadding is needed.
Update: I have flown this twice more on an F20-7W and the flight was awesome, flawless flight to around 2300ft and textbook recovery. I would definitely recommend Aerotech kits to anybody thinking of going into Mid power.
